+ - IS THE TISSUSPLUS.COM WEBSITE SECURE ?

Our site tissusplus.com uses the secure HTTPS protocol. All data is therefore transmitted securely.

In addition, payment for your order takes place on our bank's server, which guarantees the confidentiality of your data.

+ - WHERE ARE YOUR STORES ?

We have six stores in the south of France.

You can consult the Stores page to know their location.

+ - HOW ARE THE FABRICS SOLD ?

As a general rule, all of our fabrics are sold in multiples of 50 centimeters.

When you select the quantity on the product sheet, a mention "Length in one piece" appears.

If this mention is not present, the product is sold individually. This is the case for a fabric piece for example.

The dimension of the fabric piece is then specified on the product sheet.

+ - WILL I RECEIVE THE FABRIC OF ONE LENGHT OR IN MULTIPLE PIECE ?

The sales unit is 50 centimeters. If you order multiple quantities of a fabric, you will receive the ordered quantity in one piece.

Example : You order 4 quantities of 50 centimeters, or 2 meters. You will receive a single piece of fabric 2 meters in length.

+ - IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET SAMPLES ?

You have the possibility to order samples of 15x15 centimeters.

On each product sheet, click on "Order a sample" to add it to your cart.

You can order a maximum of 5 and the sending by simple letter is free.

NB : this service is now available on a selection of products.

+ - DO THE PHOTOS EXACTLY REFLECT THE FABRIC ?

We spend time retouching all the photos of the products on the website so that they reflect the fabric as much as possible.

However, the color rendering may be different depending on the device used (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc...).

The size of the patterns may also be different depending on the shooting of the photo.

If you want to order a large amount of fabric or to narrow down your choice, we recommend ordering samples.

+ - I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER FABRIC BUT THERE IS NOT ENOUGH QUANTITIES AVAILABLE, WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

It is possible that some fabrics are still present in our stores but no longer available or in reduced quantities on tissusplus.com.

+ - I CAN'T FIND THE FABRIC I AM LOOKING FOR ON YOUR SITE, DO YOU HAVE A SOLUTION ?

We add new products regularly. It is possible that a product is present in our stores but not yet on tissusplus.com.

+ - ARE ALL YOUR FABRICS PRESENT ON THE WEBSITE ?

All the references available in store are not yet present on the website.

We strive to regularly add new fabrics on our website to offer you a wide choice.

+ - WHAT IS THE AMOUNT OF DELIVERY CHARGES ON MY CART ?

The default carrier is Colissimo. The amount of shipping costs displayed in your cart therefore corresponds to this delivery method.

You can, during the ordering process, select another delivery method in order to lower this cost.

+ - HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY PACKAGE ?

In general, your package is prepared the working day following the order and is shipped the same day.
An email is sent to you during the preparation of the order and during the shipment.

+ - CAN I PICK UP AN ORDER IN STORE ?

We offer free delivery to our stores. When ordering, select "Pick up in store" as the carrier.

Then choose which store you want to pick up your order.

As soon as it is ready to be removed, we will send you an email.

Attention : The delivery time is approximately 10 working days (indicative time).

+ - WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS ?

You can pay for your order by Credit Card, MasterCard, VISA or American Express via our secure system.

+ - I HAVE PROBLEMS ORDERING ONLINE, WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

For any online ordering problem, contact us via the contact form.

+ - MY ORDER IS IN "ERROR OF PAYMENT", WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

You have placed an order and you have received a "Payment error" email.

We invite you to try again to validate your order until the payment is accepted.
Check the validity date of your card and its ability to make online payments.
Also make sure to keep your mobile phone nearby in case we ask you for a 3DSecure code (sending the code by SMS).
